Kobe Bryant's Awful Death Exposes Shocking Life lessons on Grief

John Altobelli and his wife, Keri, were on board the helicopter with their daughter Alyssa, who played on the same club team as Gianna Bryant. Christina Mauser, 38, Ara Zobayan, 50
Sarah Chester, 45, and Payton Chester, 13 Mother and daughter Sarah and Payton Chester were among the nine victims of the helicopter crash. (More details to be added when the full report is released)
Kobe Bryant, 41
Bryant was an NBA MVP had a 20-year career with the Lakers that began when he was 18.
He had a 19-year marriage with his wife, Vanessa, and was a father of four daughters, including 13-year-old Gianna, who died along with Bryant on Sunday morning.
By the end of his basketball career — all of it spent with the Lakers — Bryant was a five-time world champion, two-time Olympic gold medalist with the U.S. team and 18-time All-Star. He ranks fourth on the NBA’s all-time scoring list. Over the weekend, he was surpassed for third place on that list by Lakers star LeBron James.

Kobe’s death can be used as a beacon of hope to spark conversations that should be taking place in everyone homes, preparing for loss can sometimes not be planned so if you do have time have that discussion with your loved ones.
Anyone that is currently going through grief there is solutions out there, even if denial seems like an option and detachment from reality appears to be the only feasible option – speak to someone that cares, counselling be it from a family member or professional is strongly advised.
Failing to process grief effectively can result in people expressing loss in various ways.
Anger people go through whilst grieving. A few of them is they can lash with acts of violence towards themselves, objects or others. they feel about the circumstance the appropriate way and being immune to anger. Children, in particular, should be equipped with the tools to help them manage grief, as unresolved mourning can result in poor health, economic, personal outcomes as adults.
